Its bin a while since i have uploaded things have been quiet around cosplay until February.
Me and Emiel were planning on fixing the other cosplays (Zelda&Link/Red&Kotone) and to start with Fierce Deity Link and Puppet Zelda. But that chanced really on whim actually. So around January we decided to make Apprentices from AC Brotherhood
The convention we wanted to debut this cosplay was Made in Asia. We have been to this convention some times before and it was our first convention of this year so we were really excited! But with that excitement also came time pressure and even tough this is not a really challenging cosplay it was the first time we did it without help. I bought a sewing machine and just gave it a go! Which surprising , turned out better then I thought.
We were just in time to finish the cosplay (as usual). But this is the first cosplay that did not break! Everything stayed intact. The only thing that was annoying was that my wig was super itchy it drove me mad sometimes (Anyone tips?)
Made in Asia this year was fantastic.
The paths we spacious (wich was needed because it was super crowded), the stands had really nice stuff and there were also a lot of food stands and space to relax.
Also our cosplay were VERY well received, we were kind of nervous if anyone would recognize us since the apprentices are a small part of the game. But the response blew our mind, none of our cosplays before were so well received as this one so thank you visitors of mia.
Most fun thing was that there were quite a lot of children (there was another convention for creative things next to ours) that wanted to take a picture with us as well and posed all heroric it was so adorable.
Our next plan is to this time repair the other costumes! So that they are ready for anything, conventions or Photo shoots. We are waiting for the weather to get warmer so we can go outside for some Photo shoots in the area.
